Over a year has gone by and this company still has yet to refund the $,$$$ I sent them to cancel my timeshare. They tried to get me to say that my TS company lied and I guess they did but I was coached by the VO group.

I am stuck paying on this property even a year after I was promised by VO scammers that they'd help me. They didn't. Now they wont call me back. Beware!!

Never do business with these people.

They lied to me and took my money. There are better companies out there that actually have much better success than these people.

Review about: Timeshare Cancellation.

I didn't pay anything, but I noticed in their emails it changed from "@vogroup.net" to "@vofinancial.com." Also, in the scammer's signature line, the company name changed from "VO Group" to "VO Financial Corp." Gotta have that name change after the Feds indicted them!!

16 of the VO Group employees including the owners Adam and Ashley Lacerda were arrested on 4/17/2012 by the FBI for fraud and their 2.4 million dollar timeshare scam. They are awaiting trial. They shut down their website and are now operating as VO Financial!!

Federal trial is in July 2013 in Camden NJ.They are charged with money laudering and mail and wire fraud to the tune of $3 million dollars.

Many of the employees charged have already pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.

The owners are Adam and Ashley Lacerda.Do not give them any money!

They claim to help people who have gotten into trouble with time share debt. Mostly they are made up off past Wyndham resort sales people ...ergo the sleezy tactics. We delt with three different people all the way up to Steve Cox, head of Sales, who was very understanding about our frustration and would see to it that everything was taken care of. After that he never picked up on a call and never returned messages.

They took a great deal of money from us and did nothing as far as getting us out of the hole with Wyndham. The process was to take two to three months (this was 6 months ago).

My advice ...... NEVER get into timeshares to begin with, but never deal with VO Group. None of these people have a concience.

Review about: Fraud.

Federal trial in Camden Court on 7/22/13.The owners Adam and Ashley Lacerda are being charged with mail and wire fraud AND money laundering to the tune of $3 MILLION.

Allegedly used the money scammed for personal use including pool for their house, expensive cars and much more. Read all about it at Justice Department.

The feds are after them big time.DO NOT give them any money!

Utilizing proprietary technology we are able to convert biomass into high-quality urea fertilizer for the global marketplace.

On January 25, 2012 we officially launched our commercial efforts to become a global, mass manufacturer of high-quality, urea and urea fertilizer. Utilizing our proprietary, patent-pending technology we are able to convert biomass waste – from household garbage to plant stalks and husks – into high-nitrogen content, urea.

Like many experts, we believe the current commodities super cycle will last for 20 to 25 years, a view supported by the likes of Jim Rogers (formerly of the Quantum Fund) and the research of Chris Watling of Longview Economics.

Whatling traced secular bull cycles back to 1750 and identified that commodity super cycles last 20 to 25 years. As this commodity bull started in 2000, if Whatling and Rogers are correct this bull will run higher until 2020-2025.

Mr. Rogers is quoted as saying “There is a powerful underlying demand for food. When food prices surged in 2007, millions went hungry, and there were riots from Egypt to Haiti and Cameroon to Bangladesh. Rioting calmed down in 2008 prices when prices dropped but starting at the beginning of 2009 they’ve been going up,” and Rogers expects “more turmoil, but I didn’t expect it to happen this quickly because food prices are somewhat depressed.” Clearly a bull market rise from current levels will cause even more starvation, riots and urgent demand.

Shortages are showing up right now as the world population has more than doubled from 3 billion in 1960 while the amount of arable farmland has been decreasing. If world population rises from its current 6.8 billion to 9.1 billion by 2050 as the United Nations forecasts, a lot of people are going to be scrambling for food.

Rogers says food and agriculture are great values and will be the next big demand driven bull market.

The approximate retail price for major fertilizers per ton are $625 for Urea. The price trend from February 2010 to October 2011 at four-month intervals are shown in the following figure, showing prices have steadily increased over time with urea increasing by almost $100 per ton since June 2011.

*Data Source: USDA- IL Dept. of Ag Market News.

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service has a useful website to monitor fertilizer prices. This is a bi-monthly publication of the USDA Illinois Department of Agriculture.

Moreover, since our plants are small in size and modular in design, we enjoy the logistical benefit of being able to locate them in rural, crop-producing areas. Local farmers in the communities will both supply us with biomass materials to fuel our operations and later purchase our products to fertilize their next generation of crops. Additional advantages of our small-scale, localized production approach include lower costs for land acquisition, material handling, and transportation.

Currently over 90% of the urea produced utilizes natural gas as the feedstock. Significantly, the feedstock used our process is common agricultural waste products and other natural biomass, not chemicals or natural gas. The by-products created by the process are electricity, which is used to help run the plants and also generate power for the grid and become a secondary revenue stream, fly ash, which can be sold to cement manufacturers as a secondary revenue stream, and water, which is reused in the process in a closed loop system.

And because we use surface biomass products as a carbon source, rather than subterranean fossil fuel, we do not release previously trapped subterranean carbon into the atmosphere. Additionally, our manufacturing method recycles the harmful greenhouse gases that are separated out during the gasifying and reforming processes. As a result, our urea production system has virtually no negative impact on the environment, and the process qualifies for carbon credits.

BioNitrogen’s mission is to help manage the delicate balance of increasing global food production, while satisfying the demands for more cost effective, operationally efficient and environmentally friendly production facilities and methods. Our objectives are:

- Create a high quality alternative to natural gas based nitrogen fertilizer

- Fuel rural economic development

- Improve the quality of life for the citizens of our region where our plants are located

- Manufacture an ecologically sound product

- Operate our business with moral and ethical conviction

- And generate value and return for our shareholders.

Reese Witherspoon Drops By the “Today” Show

Posted Monday February 13, 2012 10:39 AM GMT

Kicking off her week with some publicity duties, Reese Witherspoon was spotted at Rockefeller Center in New York City this morning (February 13).

The “Sweet Home Alabama” babe was in the house to give an interview on the “Today” show at NBC Studios with Ann Curry.

During her conversation, Reese shared that it wasn’t hard to accept the offer to star in her new flick “This Means War” along with Tom Hardy and Chris Pine.

“I read the script and thought it was so charming, and joyful, and it is such a comedy, too. It’s got these great action elements, but the idea of this woman sort of stuck between these two secret agents, and she has no idea that they’re best friends and secret agents- it’s just such a fun premise.”

Enjoy the pictures of Reese Witherspoon paying a visit to the "Today" show (February 13).

About BioNitrogen Corp. (BION:OTC)

BioNitrogen Corp. is an American company focused on building fully operational, turnkey manufacturing facilities to produce urea. A white, crystalline solid containing 46% nitrogen, urea is principally used in the agricultural industry as a crop fertilizer. Crop production is intrinsically linked to increased food production requirements necessary to meet the population growth through 2050. Our innovative, patent-pending technologies transform residual abundant agricultural waste and other equally abundant biomass materials into high-quality bulk urea for sale to agricultural wholesalers and retailers. Modular in design and substantially smaller than traditional urea production plants, our facilities are capable of manufacturing 15 tons of urea fertilizer per hour for a total annual production of approximately 124,200 tons per plant while preserving and sustaining our precious environmental ecosystems in the process.

The VO group is a bunch a scavengers looking to scam timeshare owners.:( These folks are not worth a nickel.

If you have an issue with your timeshare...contact the true DEVELOPER for accurate information....NEVER EVER use a 3rd party to resolve an issue.

Once again touch base with your timeshare DEVELOPER before making any irrational decisions.STAY AWAY FROM THE VO GROUP....PERIOD!!!!!!!

Be ware of VO Group. They are calling you because they found your name on a deed where you own your timeshare.

All they are trying to do is get you to sell it for close to nothing so they can turn around and sell it themselves for a nice profit. If you really want to sell or have a problem with your payment just call Wyndham and let them advise you.

At the very least rememeber that the timeshare is like property.Refinance if you can or need to reduce your payment.

I have been dealing with these people for eight months and also paid a substantial amount to them to have my original contracts with Wyndham canceled.I have spoken with VP of sales, Fran Santore, Steve Cox, Aimee Allen, and Nancy Camp.

They initially take your call and then no one will call you back or respond to emails they talk about Wyndham's lying and misrepresentations but obviously, what they learned at Wyndham, they simply brought it along with them and calls it a different name. This is a clear cut case of if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck.
